How this website handles the details you choose to share with NPC.
Forms and communications
When you join the update list, we store your name, email address, ZIP code, consent, and submission time. When you contact us, we store your name, email, optional city, message, and submission time. We also record the IP address and browser information associated with form submissions.
We use these details to manage NPC communications, respond to inquiries, and help prevent abuse. Contact messages and list signups are stored on NPC’s server. Contact messages are also delivered to NPC’s email inbox using Google Workspace. They are not displayed publicly.
Website activity
We record page paths, referring pages, timestamps, and a daily changing visitor identifier derived from connection information to understand site traffic. Public pages do not use advertising trackers or analytics cookies. Site fonts are served from NPC’s own server.
Your choices
You can request removal from updates at any time. To ask about your information or request deletion, contact NPC. Please do not send personal medical records through the website.
